Kristyn Dunlap

Kristyn brings over 20 years of experience in startup leadership, marketing and account management into her Executive Coaching & Consulting practice.
Kristyn earned her coaching certifications at the Center for Executive Coaching. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Kristyn has coached and consulted for multi-national brands and agencies including Koala, PepsiCo, R/GA, M&C Saatchi and Nike. Her projects included leadership coaching, interim executive roles, brand strategy development and advertising oversight.
Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Experience Officer at tech startup Tappa, where she was responsible for driving Tappa’s company culture, overseeing the entire customer journey, and overhauling their internal communications practice. She also served as Head of HR and supervised their global offices.
From big brands to startups, Kristyn brings thoughtful leadership and effective strategy to every engagement.
Department Lead & Account Management Roots
Earlier in her career, Kristyn was SVP of Account Management at MullenLowe, running several key accounts including Apple and Patrón Spirits Company. She also founded and led the account management department and served on the leadership team at agencies Goodness Mfg. and Deep Focus LA, partnering with brands like Toshiba, Google, and Neutrogena.
